What ever be the phase women are, they have brought certain sanity to the work place not to forget the colour and glamour. The inclusion of the folks from Venus has brought a positive change to the demeanour at work place. On a sarcastic note, probably more men have to start spending time at home, cooking, looking after kids and glamorising home sciences to bring back the new age women home.
